Once your order is accepted, a registration key will be delivered via e-mail within 48 hours (normally within 8 hours).

If you've made a payment, but have not yet received registration key within a reasonable amount of time (two business days for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please email to: support@typetip.com

I submitted an order but it was rejected. Top
An order can be rejected for a variety of reasons. A credit card may have reached its limit or the card may have expired. Also, the information you entered on the order may have been rejected.

You need to carefully enter in all the required information on the order form exactly as stated. Remember to:

1. Enter in your address exactly as recorded on your bank statement.
2. Double check for errors in the credit card number.
3. Make sure that you are selecting the correct expiration date for the card.
4. Make sure you are selecting the correct card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
5. Enter in a complete and valid phone number.

Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is successfully processed (you have got an order ID), it cannot be cancelled.

This product is licensed on a "per-computer" basis. This means that you must purchase a license for each separate computer that it will be installed or used on, regardless of the number of people using the computers!
